The Office of Child Protection was situated at Wallingford Priory, Brytain with the Sisters of Holy Obedience and was directed by Brother Peter.[1] When the League of St Alexander recruited children from the local area, Andrew Whicher ended up revealing Lyra Belacqua's location to the office.
